"Parking is easy, loads of spaces. Our room was huge, it was a shame there wasn’t a comfy chair to sit in, there was plenty of space for one. Comfy beds, a big tv and tea and coffee facilities were provided. It was an accessible room so the bathroom was huge with a shower. "Difficult to find and very problematic checking in. Digital check in never opened for me. The only way I was able to get into my room was that I was let in by a management person. I didn’t leave for dinner because I was afraid I’d be locked out. I wanted to drop my luggage around noon so I could see the sites without suitcase in tow but since there is no on site staff and no check in until 4 that was not possible. Please come up with a solution for travelers who need to store luggage. "

At 15.12, after standing in a queue for over 15 mins I am told my room was not ready, the manager came out and was totally disinterested in me as a customer, but found one that would be in another 5 mins. No apology what's so ever!! The staff member said I hope it will be better next time, to which I replied "I doubt there will be a next time" When I went to dinner my choice, battered haddock wasn't available, i think on a Saturday early evening this is totally unacceptable. The shower screen had black mould along the bottom which had been sealed in with sillicon, the kettle lid was broken making a refil almost impossible and the hairdryer had no nozzle to style my hair.. Resulting in "I won't be booking with you again". Regards Sue Smith"
