"Wat een verschrikkelijke ervaring! We kwamen het appartement binnen en er zaten gewoon andere mensen in. Wij hadden zowel toegang tot hun appartement en zij ook tot die van ons. Verder waren we met 10 man. We kregen voor maar 7 personen kussens en beddengoed. Dit zou later gebracht worden, maar de kussens zijn nooit gebracht, alleen kussenslopen.
