Overall, we had a good stay here. It was clean and spacious and had adequate beds, bathrooms, and common spaces for our group of 5 adults to hang out together without falling over each other. Granted, it is far away from most tourist-y places and airports, but okay if you have a connection to Antioch or Concord like we did. The suburban neighborhood was pleasant and the backyard pool and landscaping were pretty to look at (but due to cooler weather we didn't use the pool or hot tub). There was some existing damage inside the house to things like doors, furniture, and appliances, and some amenities seemed to be missing, such as a hair drier, coffee supplies, and garage remote - probably all due to inconsiderate prior guests - but those did not have a major impact on our stay. The owner was responsive and communicated well if I had questions or comments. All in all, a fairly good house to stay in if you're on a budget and are okay with being in the far reaches of the East Bay (Antioch is 45 miles east of San Francisco).
