On the ground floor, there is a bright living room with panoramic windows overlooking the ocean, comfortable sofas, a large TV, and a dining table. The modern kitchen is fully equipped – guests have access to a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge with freezer, and a set of dishes.



The villa has three comfortable bedrooms with spacious wardrobes and two elegant bathrooms – one with a bathtub, the other with a walk-in shower. For guests' convenience, a washing machine and clothes dryers are also available.



Outside, there is a private garden designed in an island style with a relaxation area, a spacious terrace with a barbecue and outdoor dining area, and a heated and illuminated pool, perfect for relaxation at any time of the year. From the roof, there is a viewing terrace from which you can admire sunrises and sunsets over the ocean – one of the most unique places in the villa. Each bedroom has access to terraces, garden, or pool.
