"Beautiful, peaceful little cottage. Stayed for the weekend and enjoyed hiking in Harpers Ferry and the local restaurants. Our dog loved hanging out by the water and sitting on the swing by the fire at night. We will be back! "

"Amazing location in a historic house, exactly as pictured. The host was responsive and helpful. Be sure to bring your own supplies because shopping is very limited in the town. "

"PERFECT! We wanted a short getaway in the mountains that was relaxing and quiet and that is just what we got. We enjoyed a nice lunch with not a single sound but the rain falling before heading to explore The cabin is private and cozy, and very clean, the linens smelled wonderful and fresh. Highly reccomend! (Also there is one of the most nap worthy arm chairs we have ever seen) "

"The cabin was very charming and cozy. I liked all of the decorative touches that made it homey. We loved the wrap-around porch, especially the back one where we spent a lot of time looking out over the grounds and mountains in the distance. The gardens around the house were lovely as well. There were scones, juices, teas, water, and coffees left for us in the kitchen. "

"I left the children’s age for a purpose. Because y’all made us feel like we were high school kids again. Absolutely gorgeous views for a step up from tent camping. We will be back thank you"

"We absolutely loved all the antiques displayed. My friend and I were in our glory looking through the house and all of the antiques. It was a step back in time. We would recommend some nice rockers or good seating for the front porch. We wanted to sit outside and relax when we got there, but it wasn’t really set up on the porch with comfy seating for 4. "

"This is my familys second time staying at Lisa's property. Each time the cabin has been clean, well stocked, and no issues whatsoever. Lisa is very easy to communicate with and the property itself is special. From the relaxation under the canopy of trees, to the pool and creek access, there is plenty for a family to do. We look forward to our next annual trip!"

"Checkin was easy and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. The house is adorable, well furnished and extremely clean. It's just off the main road, but was peaceful and quiet. We saw deer grazing out in the yard one evening.Only two things were less than perfect...the king mattress wasn't comfortable, and the staircase was horrible. I know there isn't much room, but that can't be the only option. "

"Lovely place "

"The outdoor spaces exceeded my expectations of the property. There is ample space on the deck, the yard is enjoable with the views and firepit, and the front porch rocking chairs are relaxing with a cup of coffee and litening to the gentle rain.Young adults enjoyed the game room. My only suggestion would be to replace mattress in 1st floor bedroom, it sinks a little. That is a small inconvenience considering that everything else was lively and the kitchen was well supplied with cooking tools."
