Due to its location not far from the sea and between the two popular cities of Cannes and Nice, this apartment in Juan-les-Pins is ideal for a successful vacation on the Côte d'Azur. Take advantage of the extensive sandy beaches, restaurants and promenades along the sea. 10 km of beach connect Cannes and its Boulevard de la Croisette with Juan-les-Pins, and it is only 28 km to Nice. Despite its central location in the town, the vacation home offers a quiet retreat. In the summer months, Juan-les-Pins attracts a lot of vacationers, partly because of the proximity to Antibes about 2.5 km east of the apartment. To the south is the Cap d'Antibes with its impressive villas in large gardens. The vacation home has parking spaces, but a car is not really necessary to enjoy the Côte d'Azur. This is also quite easy by train from the station 1 km away. From there, there are connections to Nice, Saint-Tropez and Cannes, for example. A bus will take you there and back to Nice airport.
