Was told the reason we were charged $4 for bottled water was because we were not members it would have been free otherwise. Felt forced to use Valet parking. Was given the option to use the back parking lot and when we did, there’s no entrance from the backside of the building. Had to walk all the way around Glad we didn’t use anything else!! Not the way to get someone to become a member!!!Paid...

"This time the TV was not working the first evening and was not fixed until second day. The sink was stopped up and would not drain. Was not fixed until next day of arrived."

"When we initially walked into the room it looked clean but once we were in there, the pillows had hair and other things on them. The sheets had big stains with more hair and the "clean" towels were also very stained. The doors had gaps in them where you could see a lot of daylight but did lock. We did not stay and found other accommendations."

"The room was cool-ish when we walked in, but the beds felt wet due to the humididty. There were bugs all over the room. The bathroom looked clean, but upon further observation, the shower looked filthy. The staff seemed nice and the pool looked like the best part about the hotel. It was nice for the couple of hours we needed to sleep, but not for any longer. There was also a weird smell in the room."

"The staff was excellent. The property is brand new and very clean and well maintained and run. The breakfast was very nice. The orange juice machine didn't work, so they were giving out free orange orange juice in bottles to make up for it. They go the extra mile, I couldn't be happier."
