Villa Elsa is a luxury 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa with private pool and rooftop hot Tub offering fabulous views over Kalamar Bay and the Taurus mountains. Set in peaceful and tranquil surroundings it is within walking distance of Kalkan town and less than 150m from the sea and beach clubs. Olive groves leading into the Lycian Way are just a 3 minute stroll away. Villa Elsa has free Wifi internet access and also full English language TV including SKY satellite channels.

Overall we had a wonderful time at Villa Elsa and generally in Kalkan as a location. The Villa is a more period property with a homely feel and decor. The outside garden areas, pool and balconies with fantastic views over the sea are stand out features and give the Villa its unique appeal. Villa is split over 4 floors with fridges on upper levels, to reduce vertical travel. Balconies for each floor meant a sense of space and privacy for all with clean, bright airy rooms. Location is in a quieter area to main Kalkan, which we appreciated- but close enough to old town for the nightlife and restaurants. Supermarkets, beach clubs, restaurants etc close by, up a v steep hill. Taxis are cheap and plentiful if the walk up hill too aerobic. Owner was incredibly helpful from start to finish and very responsive on the few minor issues. He organised transfers and recommended reliable company for trips.

The villa met and exceeded our expectations. All the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable with absolutely beautiful views from all of the 4 bedrooms balconies. The family spaces were very well appointed with everything needed in the kitchen The pool area was probably the best with a fantastic balance of shady areas and sunny areas with plenty of seating and sun loungers. The hosts went above and beyond with advice and help and were always available and answered any question swiftly. We would definitely recommend this villa for a family holiday. All in all we had a fantastic holiday at Villa Elsa and in Kalkan ( which is lovely for families) and would definitely recommend to anyone

Gorgeous villa

We had a fabulous stay! This beautiful villa is close to the sea, and a short cab ride into Kalkan old town. We found the villa to be well equipped and was very spacious for our party of 8. The little balconies off the bedrooms gave us room to escape from each other if we wanted to! We loved the pink flowers surrounding the villa and the cats that visited us during our stay. The owners provided us with lots of information and kept in touch during our stay. Definitely recommend.

Great Villa in Kalkan!

Villa Elsa was perfect for our family of 5 (including 3 teens) while we vacationed in Kalkan. Neil gave us great recommendations for things to do. He was extremely responsive. We didn’t spend a ton of time at the Villa but it was conveniently located and had everything we needed during our stay. I would highly recommend Villa Elsa!

Amazing stay 100% recommend

We stayed at villa Elsa in kalamar in Aug 23. The Villa is exceptional and accommodated 7 of us. The pictures do not do it justice, each bedroom is a double with en-suite and balcony, larger master bedroom and larger room on the top floor with the balcony and hot tub (the views are incredible) The outside area in stunning with a lovely pool and garden, the flowers are stunning with penalty of seating and shaded areas also a ladder leading to a swing chair in a shaded area. Neil the owner was a great from the start and throughout ensuring we had everything we needed and helped out with any questions. The villa has a useful water cooler, you just what’s app the local market and they deliver with 10 mins. Neil also arranged airport transfers through define tours this process was perfect, we also used define tours for a boat trip which ticked all the boxes. Kalamar is quieter than kalkan which is just 5 mins taxi away costing just over £3, taxis are easy you just what’s app then and send them your location and they turn up in 5-10 mins. We used two beach clubs in kalamar just a short walk from the villa. Lures is a newer one has amazing infinity pool which is not salt water and buzzers on the umbrellas to get drinks and food, they also take the entrance fee off you total bill so can work out cheaper. Kalamar beach club was better for kids, sea trampoline and places to jump on the sea, both have a shared water sports.

Beautiful home in a peaceful spot

Villa Elsa is a beautiful home in quieter Kalamar. It has everything you need and more - the pool is wonderful, the hot tub a treat (especially with those views) and the house itself feels like a real home. Communication and help from the owner Neil was amazing; he went the extra mile to arrange things to meet our needs on arrival, kept in touch throughout our stay and responded promptly to questions we had before and during our holiday. The location is quieter than busy Kalkan but only £3 by taxi and worth it for the relative peace and quiet. The nearby Kalamar beach club was a lot quieter than the clubs in Kalkan and everyone we met was very friendly. Neil and Anita have obviously been in the area for some time; we met several people who know them and who spoke very highly of them. If you are thinking of booking this villa - go for it, you won't be disappointed. Especially if you like cats.

Fabulous villa

Villa was superb and exceeded our expectations. Perfect for our family of six - loads of space to chill out. Pool was perfect and very well maintained - as was the rest of the villa. Neil was a perfect host - nothing was too much trouble. Perfect holiday.

WOW!!! Simply stunning

Villa Elsa definitely has the WOW Factor. We have had the best holiday ever staying in this stunning villa. Five star luxury. Right from our booking to us arriving back home the owners, Neil and Anita, have made sure that everything has been perfect for us. Full and concise information was given prior to our departure about everything we needed to know from airport transfers to all the ins and outs of the villa. During our stay we were able to contact Neil with any queries or suggestions for eating out etc. The villa itself is immaculate, a real home from home. Set in stunning surroundings with the most amazing views of sea and mountains from every bedroom. Each of the 4 bedrooms was very large with an en-suite making each room feel like it’s own private space, perfect if travelling with teenagers!! My daughters particularly enjoyed sharing the top floor bedroom with the fully furnished terrace and hot tub/jacuzzi in which you can sit and look out at the beautiful sea views. The attention to detail within the villa was amazing. In every room and on every terrace, even the pool area there were many decorative items which made us feel we were at home rather than in a blank canvas of a villa rental. The pool is a good size and very comfortable sun beds. Plenty of different areas outside to sit in, whether you want sun or shade. A 5 minute walk takes you to the beach club where you can swim and snorkel, relax on the sun beds or enjoy the restaurant. Kalkan harbour and town is only 5 minutes by car or taxi. The taxis are so cheap and readily available. There is so much to see and do in the surrounding area. The locals are very friendly, great markets, fantastic food and lots of interesting shops. We have had an amazing holiday in the stunning Villa Elsa.

Villa Elsa

A great find. Villa Elsa is a fantastic property that met all our expectations and more. From the pool area and lush bougainvillea filled garden to the upstairs terrace areas with fabulous views across Kalamar bay everything was perfect. For a group of 7 we had plenty of space to spread ourselves out across the four spacious bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. Kalamar bay was a great spot away from the hubbub of Kalkan town, but within very easy access including to the nearby beach clubs. Neil and Anita were also perfect hosts ensuring we had all the information we needed with lots of helpful tips about the area. We were also able to contact them very easily throughout our trip. Our check in was also very smooth with thanks to Cengiz the property manager who was there to meet us on our arrival. All in all a fantastic stay and we would definitely return to Villa Elsa in the future.

Exceptional Villa Elsa Kalkan

I have just returned from Villa Elsa after a short stay with the family. I have a 9 year old and 14 year old who both require the delights and convenience of being entertained and not getting bored !!!! Villa Elsa has it all, it is an absolutely immaculate villa nestled a stones throw away from the sea. It has every convenience required including an ideal sized pool and space within the villa, it is really a home from home private and beautiful. It is a credit to the owners, Neil was very very helpful in all the information provided to make our stay wonderful. I can’t thank him enough for accommodating me and my family at short notice. The views from the top of of the villa were to die for and so if you want privacy with all the amenities of being at home and convenience my advice is Villa Elsa. Thanks Neil.

Perfect villa in peaceful setting

Suffice to say that we had a perfect week in Villa Elsa. The villa is beautiful, the pool area is surrounded by flowers and bougainvillea which offer shade and privacy when you need it, the area is quiet and peaceful. But best of all is the amazing level of support, knowledge and information from the owners, Neil and Anita - the love and care that they have for the villa, and their genuine desire for their guests to have the best experience possible, really shines through. On our last night, Neil not only recommended a great restaurant to us but also paid for our first round of drinks via WhatsApp! (Hope that’s not a hostage to fortune Neil....). Thanks again Neil and Anita!

Lovely, lovely Villa Elsa

We were 3 ladies enjoying the wonderful Villa Elsa for the first time. So much thought into everything about this lovely villa with loads of outdoor furniture to cater for sitting in the sunshine, in the shade, and the after dinner drinks under the pretty lights. The sea views were amazing across Kalamar Bay, so serene and magical. For one of our party it was the first time to Kalkan and first to experience a villa stay. She is totally hooked on both. The villa owner Neil kept intouch with us throughout our stay to ensure we were ok, which was very much appreciated and meant that we were very quickly up to speed with the villa facilities and location. We enjoyed The Brothers and Porcini restaurants along the Kalamar Road, both provided excellent service and quality. We also enjoyed visiting the pretty harbour area and doing a little holiday shopping.

We spent a fantastic 5 days at Villa Elsa in Kalkan. The villa was beautifully appointed.

Villa Elsa is beautifully appointed with all amenities (including hot tub!) which made our stay perfect. The pool area is very well designed with sunloungers and relaxing furniture, whilst the kids can have fun splashing around in the pool. Our hosts Neil & Anıta communicated with us through WhatsApp - and they could not be more helpful, accommodating and gracious hosts. Kalkan is a very relaxing and laid back town, and we hope to return to Villa Elsa for another holiday someday soon.
