"Our room was small, but clean and comfortable. The surrounding area is great - walking distance to shops, dining, historical places, and The Old Course. Easy to find parking - either the free lot nearby or street parking right in front (nominal cost and free at night ). The property manager was very helpful and responsive. We found the area to be quiet at night and busy during the day. We would stay here again. "

"Great location near coffee and wonderful restaurants (The Saint just one block away) and and beside a gorgeous little chapel. Easy walk to golf but without being in all the crowds. Also, extremely comfortable. Only suggestion is more instructional info for finding things, using laundry machine, and how to leave things at check out. "

Only about a 10 minute walk from train station and most places walkable but also lots of buses if you want to explore. "The flat was exactly as described. It was very comfortable and filled with thoughtful touches. Tea cups, and a tea pot with everything we needed was set out for us when we arrived was a lovely touch. It is great location, so close to the harbor. And of course, North Berwick is wonderful."

"Great communication with the owner. Superb location with sea views from several rooms. Modern kitchen, comfortable beds, many amenities, off street parking and within a short walk to shops, pubs, etc. The personal touch from the owner was much appreciated as well. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Lorraine's flat. When we weren't out and about (and getting blown off the golf course by 30 mph winds!) we watched the gannets diving for food just off shore, and the shipping traffic back and forth from Edinburgh. The view of Bass Rock is outstanding.The flat is compact, but it had everything we needed. Besides the Beachfront location, its also an easy walk into town for restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again if we come back to North Berwick"
