Step into the spacious living room, where a stylish red leather sectional sofa invites you to unwind and relax. Large sliding glass doors open directly onto the outdoor area, creating a seamless connection between the bright interior and the inviting surroundings.

The modern galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and sleek stainless-steel appliances, complemented by elegant granite countertops. With direct access to the pool area, it offers the perfect setting for preparing meals and enjoying relaxed gatherings together.

Outside, the property truly comes to life. The pool area features a comfortable setting for relaxing and soaking up the sun, while the covered pergola provides a wonderful space for al fresco dining. A built-in BBQ makes it easy to enjoy memorable outdoor meals and evenings together.

The home offers five comfortable bedrooms spread across two floors, providing plenty of space and privacy for families and groups.

On the second floor, you'll find a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and direct private access to the terrace. Adjacent to this bedroom is an additional room that is currently unoccupied and can be used to set up the baby cot provided at the property, making it a convenient option for families travelling with a baby.

Also on the second floor, there are three additional bedrooms: two furnished with double beds and one with two single beds, making it ideal for children or friends travelling together. These three bedrooms share a full bathroom conveniently located in the hallway.

On the lower floor, there is one additional bedroom with a comfortable double bed, served by a full bathroom, offering extra privacy and convenience.

For added convenience, the property also features a dedicated laundry room equipped with both a washing machine and a dryer, making it suitable for both short and longer stays.

All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort, and fresh towels are provided for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

A charming and peaceful house in Lagarteira, in the central region of Portugal, surrounded by the beautiful countryside and traditional villages of the area. Guests can enjoy a tranquil rural setting while exploring the region’s rich history, natural landscapes, and authentic Portuguese culture.

The location is ideal for discovering nearby attractions such as the historic town of Ansião, the impressive Monastery of the Holy Cross of Coimbra, and the UNESCO-listed University of Coimbra. Nature lovers can also explore the surrounding forests, hiking trails, and river beaches, making it a great base for a relaxing countryside escape and discovering central Portugal.

The property is easily accessible by car and public transport.

The nearest train station, Pombal, is approximately a 15–20 minute drive from the property, providing connections to Coimbra, Lisbon, Porto, and other destinations in Portugal.

Local bus services connect the surrounding area with nearby towns and villages, although having a car is recommended for greater flexibility, especially when exploring the region.

Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS) is approximately a 1 hour 45 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
