Exposed wooden beams, reclaimed brick walls, travertine floors and a floating solid wood staircase create a warm, authentic loft atmosphere with a gentle tropical feel. Picture your breakfasts in front of the large sliding glass doors opening onto the balcony, overlooking the palm trees and the lush green hills of Anse Marcel, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and the marina.

On the first level of the duplex, the spacious, light-filled living area brings together a cosy lounge and a large dining table beneath an impressive timber-frame ceiling. It opens onto a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a granite island and breakfast bar, Siemens induction hob and oven, American-style fridge and wine cooler. This level also features the master bedroom, with a king-size bed and private bathroom. It opens through sliding doors onto a cinema-style TV lounge with a large screen and a 160 cm sofa bed, which serves as a third bedroom. On the upper level, tucked under the roof, a large bedroom with a king-size bed, wooden floors and exposed beams offers an intimate, soothing atmosphere, with its own private bathroom. The apartment comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, an ideal setting for a family holiday or a getaway with friends in Saint-Martin.

For your comfort, the apartment is fully air-conditioned and fitted with ceiling fans. Private parking is included.
