Formerly part of the dairy farm in the grounds of historic Annestown house, this newly refurbished apartment in a very unique location, offers breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean, with direct access to the cliffs and Annestown Beach. In a tranquil and secluded setting close to the buzz of Waterford, you can be spoilt by the best of both worlds ā€“ whether itā€™s surfing, hiking, sight-seeing, cycling the nearby Greenway, or just enjoying the views.

Breathtaking Views! Book it!!!

I recently stayed at this property with my family, and was absolutely blown away by the spectacular views and the breathtaking location on the coast. The open-plan interior created a spacious and airy feel, making it a joy to relax and unwind surrounded by beautiful vistas outside every window. The creamery property is quaint and full of charm, providing a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for a getaway. Everything about our stay was amazing, and we cannot wait to go back. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking to escape and enjoy nature and the wonderous power of the ocean on the rugged coast.

A Perfect Respite

We wish we had more time to stay at the Creamery Loft. It is such a neat property in an absolutely breathtaking location. Sean was very helpful and offered us some ideas for places to go and things to see. When we told him we were slow, quiet country people, he set us up for the perfect two days of sights and places to enjoy. Annestown was our last stop on a two week vacation travelling around Ireland, and we could have loved a whole week here. As it turned out- it was the perfect place to bit Ireland a long slow goodbye.

Breathtaking!

Sean was a wonderful host, waiting for us when we arrived with excellent suggestions. The pictures do not do justice to the views in this loft. Both inland and cliff views are visible from the living room/kitchen. The cliffs and beach have walking paths so they are easily reached. Or if you're unable to take the paths, you can drive the couple blocks to the beach parking lot and walk along the shore. It's a favorite with locals too, so expect to see dogs lapping in the waves. Tramore is about fifteen minutes away with shopping, groceries, pubs, and beaches. The loft was well-equipped, the beds very comfortable, and a wonderful shower. There is also a combo washer/dryer (same machine) in the kitchen. I can't recommend this loft enough. We cancelled our day trip the last day just to enjoy the apartment and area. There are plenty of day trips to keep you busy: Waterford is 30 minutes away and a lovely small downtown to wander away an afternoon. The Dunbrody Famine Ship is also about a half-hour drive and well worth a visit. Kilkenny is almost as close with an amazing Medieval Mile.

Sean was very helpful and easy to contact. Our accommodation was clean and comfortable. The views and location were amazing! Wish we could have remained for a longer time. Definitely will plan to come back!

Breathtaking view!

This was absolutely the best vacation rental Iā€™ve ever stayed in. Sean was very welcoming when he met us and the entire loft was very modern but cozy. The view alone of the beach and cliffs and rainbows was unreal but exploring the beach and caves and walking the cliff trail was also beautiful.

Idyllic spot in southern Ireland

We arrived at the Creamery Loft after 8 very busy days in Ireland. The amazing view of the ocean, the spacious apartment and the peace and quiet were exactly what we needed. The beds, linens, towels, bathroom and kitchen were all excellent. A clear pathway for a walk either to the beach or along the cliff made it easy to get some fresh air. Wish Annestown, Ireland wasnā€™t so far from Idaho USA because weā€™d be regular visitors!

So, but for the VRBO listing, we would not have found this incredible property and it would have been our loss. The views, fresh air and walking trails are rejuvenating. On a sunny day, take a plunge at the beach. And, great pub a short distance away.

Wonderful Seaside Stay

The apartment is amazing, with modern kitchen and facilities, and with wonderful views of the sea and beach. There are paths along the clifftop as well as down to the beach. Unbelievablly wonderful!

The views and property are absolutely breathe taking. The loft is extremely clean. The host Sean is very nice and always ready to help with something if needed. I would definitely return. Also I'm not sure if a all in one washer/ dryer is listed as a amenitie but it does have one. Christopher

Great views from a comfortable, clean apartment

The living room area is lovely and spacious, with great views to the coast, and there is even a path down to the beach direct from the house. The beds are comfy. Sean is a helpful and friendly host.
