Located in one of the most pleasant areas of Annecy, our house is located 2 minutes walk from the beach, 5 minutes from the local shops, cafes and restaurants of Albigny, and 10 minutes by bike from the city center of Annecy.

We love the calm of our neighborhood, and the ease of access by bike, car or public transportation. We are also very close to the first hiking trails: 10 min walk for the closest.
