The old town of Annecy being a few minutes away on foot or by bike, you will have all the necessary comfort during your stay here without needing to take your car.





You have a garage available for 1 car as well as a bicycle storage room at your disposal.



Mandatory extras in addition to the rate/night are:

- cleaning (price per property) is included in the reservation automatically

- Bed and bathroom linen (NOT INCLUDED): 16.90 euros/person, to be paid before your arrival.





Upon your arrival, if there is a change in the composition of the beds which has not been communicated to the agency before, there will be a charge of 30 euros for the service.



We want you to fully enjoy your vacation, so between each traveler the cleaning and the beds are made.



Cleaning and linen rental are two obligatory extras:



The household includes:

- cleaning floors, surfaces and windows

- cleaning the bathroom and sanitary facilities

- disinfection of housing



The cleaning does not include:

- cleaning, drying and storing dishes

- storage of furniture and equipment in the home

- removing food from the refrigerator



Beds are made before your arrival and 2 towels are available per person.



The accommodation benefits from a 4-star classification, ideally designed for 2 people



As stipulated in the announcement, we would like to remind you that events and festivities are prohibited, sanctions could be taken against you if the neighborhood contacts us.



The residence was delivered with cameras placed throughout the property, obviously the cameras do not work. We have certification from the owners that the system is inactive.
