Welcome to our charming 20 m2 studio, nestled on the first floor of a peaceful residence. This little cocoon has been carefully furnished to offer you all the comfort you need for a successful stay in Annecy.

The apartment also has two precious assets: a private parking space, as well as a supermarket in the immediate vicinity to simplify your daily life.

The accommodation can easily accommodate one or two people thanks to its 160 cm bed. In addition, we have added a convertible armchair with a mattress topper, offering a practical solution for couples travelling with a young child. This option, although reducing the space in the apartment, will allow you to fully enjoy your stay with your family.
