Discover the city center and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the magnificent canals of "La Petite Venise des Alpes".
This apartment can accommodate 4 people.

The first bedroom has a 160x190 bed (Queen) and the second has two single beds 90x190 each. You can enjoy the terrace after a beautiful day by the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, wifi, and all the necessary equipment for a good stay such as a raclette machine...
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. The toilets are separate.

Household linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can move around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 5 minute walk away. Bicycle rental nearby (a superb cycle path goes all around the lake).

⚠️ Unless otherwise specified: in France the bathroom is made up of (a shower or a bathtub), the toilet is separate. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.

🅿️ Parking is possible in the neighboring streets (paid during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or even in the underground parking lots.

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the edge of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, the town has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.

⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m.
Beyond 9 p.m., if an autonomous arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of 20€ will be requested.

If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be happy to welcome you before 4 p.m. This can only be confirmed to you on the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late departure will be allowed if the accommodation is not taken over the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
