The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor without elevator (attention narrow and steep stairs!).
Close to all amenities, shops, markets and attractions of the city and the lake.
It is an ideal place to discover the city of Annecy and the many interests around.

The apartment entrance is located in a pedestrian street.
All the shops necessary for your stay are at the doorstep as well as the many attractions and sites to see in town and on the lake.

This apartment has a double bed in a sleeping area away from the living room.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave and a fondue machine.
Linen will be provided for your stay: bed linen and toilet linen.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4 pm independently.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

🅿️The nearest car parks are the parking lot of the City Hall and the parking lot both located 5 minutes walk from the accommodation.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
