Located 15 min away from the Imperial pontoon for a little excursion on Lake Annecy, this apartment will be ideal to visit the city and enjoy its nautical activities. In a 15-min walk, you will be able to reach the beach of L’Impérial for a stroll by the lake near the Annecy Casino and in 20 min, you will be able to get to the park “Jardins de l'Europe” and the Pont des Amours; for a bit of cultural activities, you will find the castle “Château d’Annecy” or the Palais de l’Ile monument also within walking distance (30 min). Moreover, you will be close to many stores, bars and restaurants, and will find yourself in a district well served by public transport. Lastly, for mountain activities, the ski resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand are 30 km away.
