Guests use the pool, river, and kayaks at their own risk. Life jackets must be worn when using kayaks. Guests are responsible for inspecting equipment before use. Booking this property constitutes agreement to all house rules and waivers. All guests agree to hold the owners harmless from any claims, liabilities, or legal actions related to use of the property, pool, river, kayaks, or bunk beds.
