Welcome to Southern Breeze #5, an chic newly remodeled two-bedroom and one-bath ground-level vacation getaway. ISLAND 6-PLEX offers a community pool with plenty of lounge chairs, picnic tables, a BBQ grill, and a shared laundry room. Located at the end of Anna Maria Island, this vacation retreat is near the pristine Gulf of Mexico beaches, Tampa Bay, restaurants, and shops on the Famous Pine Ave. Pack your bags and get ready for a dream vacation!

As you enter through your front door, you are instantly greeted into a warm modern beach inspired living room with a tv and a large sectional perfect for unwinding after exploring the 7-mile island. The fully equipped kitchen has been newly updated and has a bistro table.

Each bedroom is appointed with a King cooling hybrid gel mattress, colorful bedding, a tv, and a dresser. The bathroom has plenty of cabinet space for storing vacation essentials and has a shower and tub combination. The couch in the living room converts to a sleeper sofa to ensure every guest has a rejuvenating stay.

Southern Breeze #5 is perfect for multiple families and friends traveling together who want their own place but want to be close. Please note: 1 car maximum can park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

Great family vacation!

Walking distance to bean point beach which was gorgeous! Laundry room had beach chairs and supplies wish we saw sooner.

Easy walk to beach & clean!

This is a great little place to stay. It was a super easy walk to the beach with lots of paths to get there, 5-7 min walk. The property was very clean and the pool was super warm. The laundry machines were brand new. 20 minute ride via golf cart to the Publix for groceries. Bring your own extra blankets, beach, umbrella, beach, chairs, they provide towels, which is great. Management responded to texts ASAP. Bring your own food, storage containers, baggies, plastic wrap otherwise the kitchen supplies are very functional.

Lovely

Our stay was lovely. We were visiting friends and just needed a nice comfortable place. This was it. Well done on upgrades and great location. Close to beach. The pool was super warm which was very nice during chilly day.

Location was perfect but….

We had a good time at AMI and the location was nice for getting to the beach and pier however, I can not give a good review. We were not happy with many things about this property. The kitchen and bathroom need to be updated!! The kitchen had mold on plates, pans and cups.?? The appliances were older and the dishwasher was not cleaning well. The cabinets needed to be cleaned and organized inside and better stocked with cooking supplies and utensils. The bathroom and especially the bathroom sink need to be updated. The outlet in the BR kept tripping when a hair dryer was used. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. This place was not worth over $400/night. The pool was not kept well. We have a pool at home and know what a clean well cared for pool looks like. The location was good and there were fishing rods left in the laundry room for our use and that was nice. We loved AMI but would not return to this unit. I feel bad giving bad reviews.

VERY NICE PROPERTY GREAT LOCATION. POOL IS VERY NICE. i WOULD BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS THE ONES WITH THE UNIT ARE VERY STIFF AND LOW QUALITY.

construction right out front door!

There is active new home construction within 10 feet of the front door - we contacted property management to complain, and they claim they did not know and would not refund any of our money. It's not relaxing at all with this construction noise all day. Place is just ok - no hot water just warm. I would not recommend with the construction noise and visual disturbance.

Great location and proximity to beach

We had a great stay! The property was clean and exactly as pictured. The pool was on the smaller side but it was only our family in it so it was fine. It was about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The beach was quiet and not crowded at all. A couple block walk to Rod and Reel Pier which was a great place for dinner. The key lime pie was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

Upset tenant

Me and my family have stayed all over the country mostly at resorts or houses run by property management companies. Totally my fault but we had to leave in a hurry and forgot a drawer full of clothes. Upon realizing what had happened we reached out although they have my number and could of easily reached out to me and let me know. They said the cleaning crew didn't find my shorts....which was actually several pairs of high end jeans and several pairs of high end shorts. Moral of the story is obviously not to forget your things but I guess I'm a trusting individual who would of returned the items that I found. I can't be the only person on the planet to forget something on vacation. My daughter left an earbud last year and the company mailed it to us which I would of been happy to pay for in this case. We paid several hundred dollar cleaning fee on to get my clothes taken when the company has a policy in place for when this happens. Maybe clothes aren't important to you and your reading this thinking I'm crazy but I packed my favorite clothes for vacation and now they are gone. What a terrible way to end a vacation that me and wife worked hard to save for trying to make good memories for my children. Now all I'm going to remember is losing my clothing and having a hard time understanding why someone wouldn't do the right thing and return them. Very very disappointing 😞. My hopes is this review gets back to the person who cleaned my room and they think twice about what they are doing and next time do the right thing. Clothes my not seem that important but I'm sick about it especially when I look how much I paid to have my room cleaned.

Location was great, rental was ok.

We were in the dog friendly unit. The furniture needs to be updated. Place was comfortable. Area rug under coffee table was disgusting so we bought an 8 x 10 rug to replace it. Requested money back for rug but so far nothing. Would we stay there again, no.
