Ample Parking for your whole group.When you arrive at the property you will notice ample parking for your whole party. andWhen you enter the property, head up the stairs in the front of the home and enter your code. Once you enter you will see where the property gets its name, Crazy Mermaid! When you enter you will see off to the right, the dining room, but if you go straight behind the wall, you will see the family room with a fireplace, tv and plenty of seating for your whole family. You will also notice that this family room has a beautiful view of the water behind the home, which are canals that run throughout Anna Maria Island. You are welcome to exit the double doors to enjoy the screened in porch also overlooking the pool and canals. andThis is also a great spot to enjoy a morning coffee during the sunrise or at night (although the sun sets on the other side) you can see the beautiful colors of the sky as the sun sets. Heading back into the house, you will notice the kitchen on your left which will have all your necessities to make your family meals, as well as a breakfast bar, for some more casual dining. Attached to the kitchen is the laundry room and an additional pantry. On the other side of the family room you will also have guest bedrooms and a full bathroom. andThe first bedroom will have two beds, a queen and a twin. The other bedroom will have a king sized bed (made up of two twins). andThe guest bedroom with the king bed also has an entrance/exit to the back patio as well. Heading back out to the family room you will notice there are stairs near the front door. andThese stairs were handmade by the homeowners out of old library bookshelves. Once you get to the top of the handcrafted stairs, you will have another bedroom which will have a full bed. andNext door to that, you will see the master suite. andThe master suite has an attached full bath with double vanities, a large walk in closet, as well as another gorgeous view of the canals behind the house. andWhen you head back downstairs, through the family room to the relaxing screened in porch, you will be able to go down the back staircase leading to the back yard to put dinner on the grill provided. andAt the bottom of the stairs, you will be met by a pristine private pool which overlooks the canal and you will also see a private dock that leads to the waterway. andIf you want to pull up a chair and enjoy being out by the water, you can, or you can also throw a line in and catch some fish!and
