The romantic and private master bedroom has a sea-blue king size four poster bed, private bathroom plus boasts a view of the Tampa Bay beach. A nautical-inspired bedroom features a queen bed with Ralph Lauren linens, a third bedroom has a king bed plus vivid coral furnishings while a fourth bedroom features two pretty-in-pink twin beds. A fifth bright and colorful bedroom is furnished with twin-over-twin bunk beds and a third hall bathroom accommodates a houseful of guests and children. Each of the three adult bedrooms has a flat screen TV, plus a high definition TV, VCR and stereo in the living room. Cable, wireless and free long distance will keep you connected. Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.
