The design has been carefully thought of to give you the perfect beachside escape; from the moment you enter you will feel a sense of serenity, peace and tranquillity watching and listening to the waves roll in against the white crystal sands.
Once you step through the front door you are greeted by a neutral colour scheme and open hallway leading to the 3 downstairs bedrooms and main bathroom.
All downstairs bedrooms boast ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans for the ultimate comfort. The main bathroom has been renovated in 2021 and has shower, toilet, and double vanity. The internal laundry is also located downstairs and is fitted with a top loader washing machine and dryer.
Leading up the staircase will take you to the open plan living/ dining and kitchen area, this area has been artfully designed to take in the uninterrupted backdrop of the fabulous views and abundance of natural light this property showcases. The living area has a split system air conditioner, Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, games, and books to keep everyone entertained.
The living area seamlessly flows out to the large undercover alfresco dining area with gas BBQ cooking and ceiling fan, this is where you can capture the everlasting views, watch the whales as they pass by and take in the serenity that surrounds you – there are also external stairs from the balcony that lead to the large timber deck area which is perfect to relax and enjoy timeout after a day at the beach.
A fabulous fully equipped kitchen features an electric cooktop, wall oven, microwave, dishwasher, family size fridge/ freezer, K-Fee coffee pod machine and plenty of stone benchtops to prepare meals. The master suite is also located upstairs and has a King bed, split system air conditioner, access to a private balcony and a separate bathroom with shower, toilet, and single vanity.
The fully enclosed courtyard is great for children and Small Dogs, there is a private gate that gives you direct access to the waterfront reserve and the fantastic Tomaree Coastal Walk with the main viewing platform directly in front of you. The beach is literally at your fingertips which is great for children and the fur baby as you have no roads to cross – the fur baby will think they are in heaven running along the white sands and jumping over the waves.
Anna Bay township is a quick 3-minute drive and provides the gateway to the spectacular Stockton Bight Sand Dunes, Anna Bay is ideal for outdoor adventures with the giant sand dunes being the star attraction with camel rides and 4wd safaris. You can also enjoy beach fishing, surfing, and exploring rock pools in this relaxed surf village.
Parking is provided for 2 vehicles in the driveway and plenty of street parking (please note NO Garage Available)
