Comfortable bedroom with adjoining bathroom in Ann Arbor residence

This bedroom (f2) is a first floor room with an adjoining full bathroom. The windows look out to the garden. One window has an air conditioning unit put in for hot days in the summer. Guests have use of the kitchen and other common areas of this house where the owner and property manager reside. All are welcome.
Transit allows guests to get around fairly easily if they do not have a car.
