Dear Alicia. We apologize for the issue that happened during your stay. We gave you a free upgrade to a suite and allowed you to keep your belongings in your original room as well, essentially you had 2 rooms and only paid for 1. We also issued you a refund of 100. We acted quickly and resolved the issue. This was situation that was beyond our control. We think we handled it fairly. We are sorry you feel differently.
