We were able to walk to the beach in 5 minutes, and walking into the middle of the Main Street area was about 10 minutes. We enjoyed eating at Classroom Bistro. "Love at first sight is an overused phrase. But for us seeing the cottage in the distance as we drove across the Mound on the A9, it really was. The cottage was perfect in every sense. "The staff are very attentive; however, the hotel’s facilities leave much to be desired: the carpets are torn in some areas, the same goes for some armchairs, and the furniture in general is very worn out. The breakfast offers little variety. Our intention was to stay in a castle, but we were disappointed by the worn and neglected appearance of the hotel’s interior"
