"Check-in is advertised as anytime after 4pm. I arrived late at night and there was no self-check in and the lobby was closed. I called the emergency line and the directory was unhelpful resulting in no contact with any person. I ended up finding alternative housing that night. I messaged the property June 20th (as of June 26) have had no response. I can't even receive a refund because they won't respond to my bank."

"I spent 7 days at this hotel, conveniently located near Highway 400. The breakfast was simple yet satisfying, but the dining area felt cramped. Unfortunately, room service and cleaning were provided only once during my stay, which was disappointing. The room itself was lacking a bedside lamp, and several bulbs were out. Overall, while the location and breakfast were decent, the lack of consistent room cleaning was a significant downside."

"Its a quiet neighborhood, place was clean, bed is very comfortable. The pull out couch for sleeping is not that great. My daughter's didnt get a good sleep as they felt the metal parts of the couch. I checked to see and yeah not that great.
Everything else is good. There is a dishwasher, keurig, stove, microwave, fridge. Oh and its nice and cool! Great for the summer heat."
