The Casa do Vizinho offers plenty of space for a pleasant and relaxing holiday on Terceira. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a large living room and a kitchen with an old stone oven on three levels. There is also a spacious outdoor area with lots of greenery and lots of places to relax.

The living room:
In the basement there is the bedroom, the bathroom (with shower) and a room with a washing machine etc. - the bedroom has a window and a door to a small garden with seating, from there it is a few steps up to the garden.
On the ground floor there is a living / dining room, kitchen, a separate toilet and an old stove with a fireplace (for cooking or baking pizza, etc.). The kitchen is equipped with everything a modern kitchen has to offer: fridge and freezer, dishwasher, stove with induction hob, electric oven, microwave and of course various kitchen appliances.
The living room offers a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed. There is space for two people to sleep.
A wood stove provides cozy warmth in the winter months.
Another staircase goes up from the ground floor to the mezzanine. There are two single beds up there.
There is also a small office corner with a desk in the mezzanine if, contrary to expectations, some office work occurs during your vacation.
In addition to a television, the living room also has a DVD player with an extensive DVD collection. A small library and free internet (wifi) complete the media offer at Casa do Vizinho.
From the bedroom you have direct access to the nicely landscaped garden area. Around the house there are numerous opportunities for seating to relax.
If you want to grill your self-caught fish, you can do it on a charcoal grill, which is located in a small extension.

Bath towels, hand towels and of course bed linen are available during your stay. And if you need to wash something urgently, you can also use the washing machine.
