Look out at the ocean view from the kitchen window as well as the north facing outdoor deck as you enjoy your morning coffee.

Set in a beautiful tree enclosed environment, this property is quiet and secluded. You will see birds feeding from the native trees and kangaroo paws.

The cottage contains all the features and luxuries that you will need to chill out and relax. The open plan kitchen, living and dining areas are filled with natural light and a very relaxed retro vibe. Upstairs is the master bedroom where the only sounds you will hear are the waves in the distance. There is Wi-Fi on the NBN and Netflix to enjoy.

It is an easy 10-minute walk to one of Victorias best beaches at Point Roadknight. Just walk out the back gate and along the surf coast trail through the Coastal Moonah Woodlands past the gnarly wind-twisted branches of the Moonah trees some of which have been aged at over 300 years old.

You can also walk to Anglesea main beach and shops in the opposite direction.

When you arrive back from the beach, enjoy a hot and cold running outdoor shower to wash away the days sand and saltwater.

This cottage is ideally situated to explore the beachside towns of Aireys Inlet, Lorne, Apollo Bay and further to Warrnambool. It is a perfect place for a family or couples to relax and reconnect with the natural beauty of the ocean and the bush setting.
