The Space:

Set on the high side of the Great Ocean Road between Point Roadknight and O’Donohue beaches, this relaxed coastal holiday home enjoys lovely ocean views from the main living area and sunny front balcony.



Designed for easy beachside living, the home features two separate living areas at opposite ends of the house, perfect for families or groups wanting a little extra space. The main living zone opens out to the balcony where you can sit back and take in the ocean outlook, while the second living area offers a cosy retreat complete with its own kitchenette and extra fridge and slow combustion fireplace.



There are two outdoor spaces to enjoy: the front balcony with ocean views and a second private, sheltered entertaining area off the rear living zone, ideal for a quiet BBQ or relaxed afternoon out of the wind.



The home includes three comfortable bedrooms, all fitted with split-system heating and cooling, along with two bathrooms servicing the home. A bonus third shower and toilet in the laundry is perfect for rinsing off the sand after a day spent at the beach.



WiFi is included, making it easy to stay connected while enjoying your time on the coast.

Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.

Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.

Guest Access:

On the day of your arrival you will receive a text providing you with the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this sms at approximately 9am. In order for this sms to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identification.
