Detached house without joint ownership located in a small isolated hamlet at 1000 meters above sea level in the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Natural Park surrounded by large spaces, very close to the pretty Promenade des Estives, peace and tranquility guaranteed!
Geographical location: 6 km from Anglards de Salers, 10 km from Salers, 15 km from Mauriac, 50 km from Aurillac.
This 75 m² house is composed of a ground floor with living / dining room and a closed kitchen. Upstairs are a bathroom, separate wc and 2 large bedrooms: 1 bedroom of 21 m² with a 180 bed (or 2 beds 90) and a baby bed as well as another bedroom of 15 m² with 2 90 beds (or 1 180 bed).
The beds can be single or double (with fixing) according to your wishes and the bed linen is of course adapted to each one because the beds are made on your arrival.
Electric heating and wood stove.
Wifi with livebox (free and unlimited internet).
Outside, there is a small terrace and a private garden of 300 m² with free direct access to a meadow of 6000 m².
Car parking and possibility to park up to 3 motorcycles in a garage.
Our animal friends are welcome for free.
Beds made on arrival included in the price.
Kitchen linen included in the price.
Towels not provided.
Electricity package € 31.50 / week (210 kWh) included in the price. If this package is exceeded, an additional cost of € 0.15 / kWh will apply (to be paid when leaving the premises - meter reading made at the entrance and then at the start).
Firewood: 1/2 cubic meter of wood / week included in the price.
Tourist tax: 0.90 € per night and per adult.
Security deposit: € 250 (check given by the holidaymaker at the entrance to the premises and returned upon departure).
The house must be made clean. Possibility to subscribe a cleaning package on arrival (30 €).
Possibility to rent towels 6 € / person for 1 bath towel + 1 towel + 1 washcloth.
