This former farmhouse near Anghiari (4 km) is now a cosy holiday home in a romantic hilly location surrounded by olive groves. On the ground floor, the central eat-in kitchen can be accessed from two sides; a short staircase leads to a tastefully furnished living room with an open fireplace; from the living room you can access all three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. In front of the eat-in kitchen is a terrace with pergola and barbecue, where you can enjoy the evening sun. There is a private garden area in front of the seating area. The large natural plot on which the holiday home is located is shared with the owner, who lives in a separate house. In another outbuilding there is a large playroom where young guests in particular can have fun even on rainy days. The accommodation, a typical Tuscan holiday home, is ideal for relaxing, swimming in the nearby Tiber (3 km) and is located within a nature reserve from which a network of well-maintained paths for trekking and mountain biking starts (with the possibility of renting e-bikes). Anghiari is 4 km away and offers shops, bars, trattorias and a colourful market every Wednesday morning. Arezzo is 35 km away, Sansepolcro 10 km and the Franciscan monastery of La Verna 30 km.
