Living area: with modular trundle bed that can be transformed into a comfortable double bed.

Equipped kitchenette: cooking plates, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker (SENSEO).

Bathroom: small shower, washbasin and toilet.



Free parking on Rue Lionnaise and surrounding streets.

Located in a charming neighbourhood, the studio benefits from a convenient location:

10 minutes' walk from Angers city centre.

Close to shops and public transport.
