Welcome to Elk Ridge Lodge. This five-bedroom/three-bathroom home sleeps fifteen and is tucked in the trees off the main road that leads up the mountain. The lowest level of this multi-level home is a large mud room with a bench under a wooden rack with cubbies for boots, a place to hang biking gear you want to leave to dry, lockers, and a Pop-A-Shot arcade game for indoor entertainment. The first level has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, a closet stocked with cards, dominoes, and lots of games for all ages, an amazing view to wake up to, and a sliding door that opens onto the lower deck. The second bedroom (the bunk room) has a set of twin-sized bunk beds, a set of full-over-twin bunk beds, and a smart TV. The bathroom on this level has a vanity area and a bathtub/shower combination. The main level has a well-equipped full kitchen, a combo single-serve/12-cup drip coffee maker, a double counter that seats 7, and a ROKU-enabled TV for those in the kitchen to enjoy entertainment while eating or socializing. The dining area has a large table with six chairs near the windows where you might see a deer or elk dining just feet away and observing you. The living area has a large sofa a double reclining love seat and a ROKU-enabled TV, all situated around the wood-burning stove/fireplace so you can stay in and relax next to a warm fire while enjoying the breathtaking view. The large upper deck can be accessed from both the dining and living areas. This level also has a bedroom with a king-sized bed and smart TV, and a full bathroom with a large walk-in shower and vanity area. The uppermost level has the primary bedroom, a guest bedroom, and a loft area. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a large vanity area and a tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a pop-up trundle, and a smart TV. The loft looks down onto the living area has been converted into a kid cave. It has an armchair and a convertible chair/bed that can sleep one adult or two small children, a smart tv, and Nintendo and PS 4 consoles with games. There is a washer-dryer on the main level as well as Wi-Fi connectivity for your convenience. With breathtaking views, this home sits on 1.5 acres; an abundance of bird and wildlife viewing and hiking opportunities in the summer make it a great place to be, any time of year.
The house does have multiple levels and stairs.

INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury depending on the property.

All our properties are maintained by professional snow-plowmen; we make every effort to ensure the property is accessible upon arrival. However, please be prepared for extreme weather conditions. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests' inability to reach the booked property due to the lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
