"The staff was extremely welcoming. The landscape is absolutely beautiful. The Spa is in walking distance and the staff there is amazing. Very pleasant and professional with a variety of treatments available. The outdoor swimming pool is a little small for a resort but there is a cabana and outdoor bar poolside also there is an indoor swimming pool and hot tub on the lower level of the hotel. "I’ve stayed in lots of hotels, but this was by far THE worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. You’d think for over $200 a night you’d at least get a clean, updated room, but no. Our room was filthy and out dated. The bathroom doorknob was broken, bathtub chipped and cracked, bloodstains on the sheets, windows wouldn’t open, the door barely latched. Listing showed very deceptive photos, said it would sleep 4, there were two tiny full sized beds on rickety frames I could’ve easily pushed over. Not sure...

"This is a great place to stay, staff was great. A little disappointed the restaurant was closed Tuesday and Wednesday but the pool was great and the area of the lake was pretty quiet. The cabin was nice, we will be back."
