🏡 Charming Apartment in the Historic Heart of Andlau

Welcome to the Abbey Court, a spacious and comfortable apartment located in the picturesque village of Andlau, in the heart of Alsace. Nestled in a historic building, our accommodation combines old-world charm with modern amenities for an unforgettable stay.



Our spacious 73 m² apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. 🛏️ It has two cozy bedrooms, each with a double bed. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, perfect for hosting two children.



🍴The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can prepare your meals as if you were at home. You will find a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, cooking plates, a Nespresso coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, as well as all the necessary utensils.

🛋️The living area includes a dining space and a living room corner with television.



The bathroom is functional, with a bathtub, a sink, as well as a separate toilet.



This accommodation is for 4 adults and 2 children or 5 adults without children maximum. It is possible to accommodate 2 children or 1 adult only with the sofa bed.



📍 Ideal Location

Located at the foot of the Saint-Richarde church, our apartment is located in the center of Andlau, one of the most beautiful villages in France, on the famous Alsace Wine Route. Only 30 km from Strasbourg, it is the perfect starting point for exploring the region, whether for cultural visits, wine tastings or hiking in the surrounding area.



The cottage will be entirely yours. In order to satisfy you best during your stay:

- 📶 WIFI connection is free

- 🧺 Cleaning will be done

- 🛏️ Beds will be made with clean sheets, the necessary for the sofa bed will be provided,

- 🧴 Clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a kitchen towel



House Rules:

🚭This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.



🐕 Pets are accepted upon request with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal.



🧹Bed and bathroom linen, as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay, are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and bathroom facilities.



🧹 However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up the inside of the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a so-called "complete cleaning" of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 60€ for cleaning fees will be charged to you



📝 A digital contract signature and your ID will be requested after booking via the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.
