"They double booked me and I was left stranded without a room for the night. There was a line of people out the door with double bookings. It’s an old run down motel. Hence why there is no deposit needed. Staff didn’t want to help resolve the matter. They just shrugged their shoulders or wouldn’t answer the phone when Expedia was trying to call them to resolve the issue. Will never attempt a booking here again."

"Gave us a room that was dirty and not ready. Switched us to another room that was not made either. Had to wait few hours for them to get it ready. When reported to the manager, he said he inspected it twice and it is ready, Had another staff check it and she agreed that it was not. Linens, beddings, and towels were not changed. The manager was rude and told us to go to another hotel if we're not happy."

"STAY AWAY from this one. I don't event know where to start. We fought for a refund the whole time. 1. Property is not kept up. 2. Room does not have queen beds as listed. They were full size. 3. It stinks in the halls and common spaces and they are trying to overcompensate with air freshener that makes it worse. 4. Broken furniture.
