Lake Hartwell water levels are currently fluctuating due to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers lake-level management and changing rainfall conditions. At this time, the dock at Stillwater Stay is sitting in mud and may not have usable water access. Conditions can change, so we strongly recommend checking current lake levels before booking this—or any Lake Hartwell property—if water or dock access is important to your stay.

Stillwater Stay is a private basement apartment beneath the main home, with its own separate entrance and outdoor space. The apartment is completely private and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Inside, you'll find a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and TV, a full bathroom with shower, and a comfortable living area with a full-size sleeper sofa and Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator and everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay.

Outside is where Stillwater Stay really earns its name. Relax on your private patio in the rocking chairs, gather around the fire pit in the evening, enjoy a meal outdoors, or make your way down to the dock on Lake Hartwell to fish or simply enjoy the water.
