Cancellations: Please keep in mind that we will keep 3% of the payment you made to us to cover the credit card fees we had to pay at the time of booking.


The pathway down to the water, and the dock is pretty steep. It is not a very long walk, but you will have to be able to walk up and down a small hill!

The fire places in the house are not currently in use!

We have room for docking several boats! Please note that the covered spots on the dock are taken. The owner of the house keep his boat in those slots.
