Villa Pins&spa 15P Near Ocean Bassin D'arcachon Pool and Jacuzzi

Welcome to Villa “Pins&Spa”, a superb typical South-West house, completely renovated in 2024, in Andernos-Les-Bains, halfway between the Pyla dune and the tip of Cap Ferret.
It can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people and will be entirely at your disposal.
Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, 5 minutes by car from the beaches and shops, it will charm you and offer you the vacation you were waiting for.
The property offers enclosed parking at the entrance to the house, which can accommodate up to 4 cars.
At the front, you can enjoy a garden with trees and artificial grass with GAMES for children (swings, slide). On the side of the house, a BOULODROME awaits you for games with friends or family. At the back, relaxation will be available in the beautiful garden with PRIVATE SPA. Around the large 8x5m SWIMMING POOL, you will relax on the shaded deck chairs. The swimming pool is equipped with a shelter which helps keep the heat of the water. As soon as swimming is finished, closing the shelter provides security to prevent any risk of accidents when precious children are unsupervised. Once the shelter is closed you can enjoy your aperitifs without worrying.
A charcoal barbecue and a large covered wooden terrace with its PING PONG table and hammock will make your stay an unforgettable memory for your grill or "aperitif" evenings.
On the ground floor of the Villa, the modern and very well equipped open kitchen gives way to the air-conditioned dining room and living room. A central island awaits you to share moments of conviviality. The very bright dining room has 2 extendable tables for 8 people. EQUIPMENT: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dolce gusto, dishwasher.
In the entrance, you will find storage space allowing you to store clothes and shoes.
The air-conditioned living room equipped with a sofa, stools and a TV gives direct access to the terrace through two large bay windows. The WIFI is very high speed with FIBER (Netflix/AppleTV/Amazon TV/ connection possible with your account)

The corridor gives access to an independent studio with its bathroom and kitchen:

>- a laundry area with washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron.
Upstairs you will find a bedroom, a dormitory and a bathroom:
>- Blue Room with a 140 bed
>- Yellow room with 4 90 cm beds and equipped with a desk.
>- Bathroom with shower and WC

Andernos-Les-Bains is an ideal holiday destination that offers many possibilities:
- The beaches of the Arcachon Bay where children can enjoy the tides without risk
- Ocean beaches for those who prefer waves or surfing
- The oyster port to stroll or taste seafood and white wine
- Bike rides using the cycle paths in the pine forests
- Boat trips to discover the Arcachon Bay, the bird island, the Banc d’Arguin, reach the jetties of Mouleau or Cap-Ferret
- Introduce you to tree climbing or water sports: sailing, kayaking, paddle, water skiing or kite surfing.
- Pedestrian streets for their bars, restaurants and shops
- Producers' markets: the new halls open their doors in July 2024.
- Summer entertainment on the stage near the pier

Possibility of lending a baby bed with its mattress and high chair on request.

Our animal friends are not accepted in the rental. Parties are not allowed.

The “hotel” package of €390 corresponds to the cleaning package as well as the supply of household linen: towels, sheets, bath mats, tea towels.

The entire accommodation is at your disposal, with the exception of the annex which is closed.
If necessary, we live nearby and our concierge or ourselves will be happy to help you.

Internal regulations:
The towns of the Arcachon Basin ask travelers to respect a “Good Neighborhood Charter”. You will therefore be asked to be careful not to make too much noise. The people present in the rental must correspond to the number of people indicated when booking. There cannot be an additional person unless agreed by the owner. If the number of people does not match, a company may be asked to come and check and this will be charged €150. The use of the SWIMMING POOL and SPA is under the entire RESPONSIBILITY of the tenant. For SAFETY, it is requested to close the swimming pool and cover the jacuzzi with the provided cover, after each use. The jacuzzi is new from July 2024. Before entering the swimming pool or the Jacuzzi, you are required to shower. In addition, it is strictly forbidden to enter the jacuzzi or swimming pool with sunscreen, cosmetics or foundation. Makeup damages the water line and any problems could be charged. It is prohibited to modify the spa filtration programming. It is prohibited to recharge electric vehicles directly in the rental (recharges available at Lidl, Leclerc etc.). Electricity use must be routine and any excessive use may be charged. The use of the barbecue is under the entire responsibility of the tenant. It is imperative to clean the barbecue after use and be careful of embers. As the majority of the property is wooden, the use of candles is not permitted. Use of WIFI is free, but illegal downloads are prohibited. The house must be used with respect. In the event of abnormal soiling, a cleaning supplement will be charged €40/hour.
