"A acomodação é impecável, mas o processo de check-in é muito ruim. A começar, há um código para entrar no prédio, que deveria ser encaminhado por email, mas não foi. Tive que contatar o Hotéis.com e depois o flat para nos encaminharem este código. Quando conseguimos entrar, fizemos o check in na máquina, e ela nos deu o código do quarto. O quarto não abria, e um outro casal teve o mesmo problema. Depois de inúmeras ligações, conseguimos entrar no quarto após uma hora da chegada. Mas o alojamento...

"As a mother of 2 young children I needed a hotel with accommodating amenities such as a small kitchen with fridge and laundry machine (very effective even for its small load size). This hotel was very practical in that sense. Cleanliness was mediocre at best. Floors are very dirty and will make your feet black, regardless of how often they come by to clean.
