Your Home Away From Home

Cozy private bedroom with bath in the lower level of our home’s daylight basement. Access is through a side gate, down a short set of steps, and along a pathway to your private entrance. Please note—the walkway has a slight slope and may not be easily accessible for guests with limited mobility.

The bedroom features a queen-size with a memory foam mattress and adjustable base, plus a full-size sofa bed for up to 2 additional guests, allowing a maximum of 4 guests total. *A $25 /night booking fee will be added to your cost for each additional guest over 2 people.

A small kitchenette is provided for your convenience, equipped with a mini refrigerator, microwave, dishes, utensils, and complimentary coffee and tea. Please note there are no other cooking surfaces available.

Enjoy a Smart TV with internet access in the bedroom, free guest WiFi, and a private sauna to unwind at the end of the day. Guests also have use of a game room and lounge area, as well as direct access to the private backyard.

Our home is located in a peaceful residential cul-de-sac, close to the U-Med district, shopping, movie theaters, bike trails, parks, and Cheney Lake Park.

We share our home with one dog and one cat, but they do not have access to guest areas. The staircase to the upstairs is separated by curtains at both ends and a locked security gate behind the upstairs curtain for everyone’s peace of mind. The bedroom is located below our kitchen, so you may hear occasional kitchen activity, though we do our best to keep noise to a minimum.
