Alaska has been one of the greatest experiences that we have had in the great out-of-doors adventure. We love to fish, hunt, camp, backpack, walk, boating, biking and many other amenities that Alaska offers that are within minutes of our property. We would love to accommodate you at Roosevelt Center, Inc.

Our property is fully equipped for our guest. The property resides on little over an acre of land which is unique for the Anchorage area. Laundry facilities are located on the property for your convenience.

From the South side (balcony side) of the property is a large greenbelt with a shallow creek 'Fish Creek' drainage that runs through it and a short lighted walking/bike path. On the North side of the property or front is a large yard with sitting areas, parking areas, and a municipal park directly in front of the property -- just across the street.

The greatest features of this propery is serenity quieness and safety. Large balcony faces a large green belt to the South of the property.

The apartment is large (approximately 1000-1200 square feet) with lots of open space in the dining/living/kitchen areas. The bedrooms are nice and spacious.

The community is an older well developed neighborhood mostly consisting of apartment buildings and some single family homes. We take great pride in our property and our summer flower garden are absolutely gorgeous. Please inquire concerning availability. Our calendar is not always accurate due to cancellations and postings.
