"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. After checking out, I realized I had left my jacket hanging in the room. I contacted the front desk and called four separate times. Each time, I was told the housekeeper was unavailable and that I should call back in 30 minutes. I followed those instructions, but was later informed that the housekeeper had already left and that the item was not found. I am absolutely certain that I left my jacket in the room,...

"The lobby bathrooms were both disgusting. The women’s bathroom was clogged and had toilet paper and paper towel on the floor. The men’s bathroom was not clean either but at least had a flushing toilet. The elevator was also gross. The room was decently clean but the start of the stay was less than impressive! "

"After staying previously at another Extended Stay I was very disappointed in this one. The room was dirty, the bathtub was gross. The floor in the bathroom was dirty and it was accumulated dirt, not fresh. There was also trash left as well. The floors were sticking. The bedding, the bed wasn't actually made. The pillows should not of even been in use. A dirty coffee cup in the hall was there my entire stay. The outside grass was not mowed either. Needless to say very disappointed, and...

"Lorenzo was amazing. He works the front desk and was extremely helpful and friendly. Traveling from out of town, he was able to points us in the direction of good places to eat. Text messages were received daily to ensure that all our needs were met. Definitely recommend!"

"Room was not clean. There was some gel like substance all over the light switches and the surfaces. The TV did not work. We were on the first floor and there was no way to cover the window so people can’t see in altogether. It was probably one of the worst places we stayed at if there is a positive. The guy at the front desk was very nice. There was breakfast and it was OK."

"The cleanliness of the room was ok, and the staff was very nice. Property looked well maintained. But the key got stuck almost every time I entered the room, there was a huge draft that came through the door, the bed was hard, the pillows were super thin. But for the price, I can forgive that. But there was no hot water in the shower and the heating cooling unit either had it freezing cold or boiling hot, no in between. Not going back. "
