"Parking was a challenge, despite the hotel offering parking as a feature.. Parking is a small shared lot adjacent to the hotel. Space may or may not be available. Our car was blocked in one night. Very inconvenient. Van is notorious for inadequate parking. On street parking spots are often ‘deserved’ by use of pylons, tire, crates, etc."
"We’ve stayed there for 4 nights. It is not a real 5-star hotel. There was no soap, toothpaste and other things in the bathroom. Staff were really pushy. While checking out we were asked whether we had used anything from the minibar or not. When we said no they answered,”you used one item (in fact emphasized) and they showed us an unpacked chips pocket!!! When we said no they used a very offensive body language! Although they accepted finally and didn’t charge us, it was terrible behavior....
"room and breakfast was basic. Location on a major arterial road. But I could sleep well in room looking to the road. You can easily and anytime get to the city Center by Dolmus.
Initial base for many hiking groups to mount Ararat. The hotel owner was familiar with the guides. Staff was very supportive. Location saves you from some scam in the city Center."
