"We had a great winter stay in this hotel. The location is perfect if you have a rental car, it's close to the airport and not in a traffic-congested area. The room we got was very peaceful, pleasant, and full of space. We enjoyed the breakfast, that was very great, including items from the traditional Van Kahvaltisi."

"We went to Erzurum/Palandoken as a family of 5 for skiing. Palan Otel was perfectly located in between every skiing course at Palandoken. Unlike Europe where you pay for a single ski pass and get to ski in every course possible, at Palandoken there are 3 options which costs around 12 euros/day/person. So having the option to close to all of the possibilities was a great plus, we get to choose on which course to ski at the start of every day, bought the pass and made the best out of our holiday....
