"çok misafirperver, temiz küçük otel, sahipleri çok nazik ve çok yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltı kalbimde kaldı: en yüksek kalitede yerel ürünlerden oluşan gerçek bir ziyafet. Bal ve peynirin benzeri sadece Kars'ta bulunur. Şehir merkezinde mükemmel konum. Şiddetle tavsiye edilir!"

"Wir waren als Familie 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Das Hotel ist sehr Empfehlenswert. Das Personal ist ausserordentlich hilfsbereit und nett. Eine Einzige das Hallenbadregelung und Infos im -1 Stock könnte verbessert werden. Sonst ist Top!! vielen herzlichen Dank."

"Das Hotelzimmer top. Leider ist die Anlage etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bungalows kann ich nicht beurteilen. Poolanlage sollte mehr gepflegt werden. Viele Liegen waren kaputt. Aber ich war super begeistert vom Personal,auch das Frühstück war super."

"We had a great winter stay in this hotel. The location is perfect if you have a rental car, it's close to the airport and not in a traffic-congested area. The room we got was very peaceful, pleasant, and full of space. We enjoyed the breakfast, that was very great, including items from the traditional Van Kahvaltisi."
