Excellent location
We had a great stay at this location! The space had everything we needed and it made our family vacation very enjoyable. We utilized a double stroller for our two youngest kids at Disneyland and it worked out great! We will absolutely look to stay here again on our next family trip to Disneyland.

Great Disneyland Getaway
Communication with host was fantastic. We knew exactly where to go and was easily able to navigate a community that could be confusing without context. Beds were comfortable and everything was spotless when we came in. The kids (5 & 2) loved the second bedroom which had a great bunk bed setup and TV they thoroughly enjoyed. Location was great for the purpose of our stay, three days bouncing between the Disney parks. You're right across the street from the Disney parking lot that has the tram you can take over but the walk to Downtown Disney isn't too daunting. Would definitely stay again!

March stay
We had an excellent stay at this condo. Sara had everything that we needed, well stocked kitchen, large dining table, lots of towels, and little extras like games and umbrellas. We loved our stay. We could see the fireworks from right outside the condo. Only draw back was the pool was not heated. Beds were super comfy and we loved all the space the condo provided for our family of 6. We didn't end up walking to the Disney parks but it was a 5 min drive. Will definitely stay again!

Awesome home-away-from-home
This condo was great! As advertised, just across a busy street from Disney. We were able to go back and forth, take naps, and have late nights as Disney. We had a dream vacation. I took a star away for listing because the outside of the condo is tarped. Initially we thought we might have been scammed. The owner Sara was immediately responsive and accommodating. No construction happened during our stay and it didn’t affect our stay at all. One other tiny thing- the dryer needed an extra cycle to get the clothes dry (yes, we cleaned the lint filter and followed instructions). We would 100% stay here again!

We were here for the Disneyland Half Marathon weekend and the location was perfect. We were able to easily walk to downtown Disney and were able to quickly drive to other nearby food options. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the house was larger than we expected. There was constriction going on at the time outside the house, but Sara gave us a generous discount to make up for the inconvenience.

Great place
We loved this spot! They are in the process of residing right now. The inside is so cute and comfy! It is fully stocked with everything we needed including coffee, strollers, pack n plays, and beach towels! It’s so close to Disneyland that we walked. Quiet little community with a great pool and hot tub. Great property!!

If you are heading to Disneyland this is the PERFECT location. Very close to the property and close enough to head back and take a break mid day. House was clean, check in was easy and we had much more space than a hotel as a family of 5.

Cozy place with great location!!
We really enjoyed our stay and are saving this one for future stays! Sara was very attentive and responsive, even at 1am when we had an issue with our door keycode after long day at Disney. It's so close and didn't have to deal with the large crowds found on the other side of Disney where all the hotels are located. Navigating directy to the front door is not GPS friendly since it is a condo in a complex, but with Sara's emails, it was easy enough to find. Overall we were amazed at the convenient location and multiple bed/bath combo for similar cost of hotel/motels in the area.

Excellent stay - would book again!!!
Owner was very helpful and accommodating!! The home was nicely furnished and had plenty of kitchenware, including lots of dishes and cutlery and even some spices. We stayed for 9 nights and never ran out of anything. Couldn't have asked for a better stay and would gladly stay here again! Thank you!

Perfect Location!!
My family and I stayed here for 4 Disney days and some other activities in the area. We have children from 5-8 years old and we walked to and from the Disney parks easily. The condo is perfectly located. The use of space is incredible, all beds were comfortable, and we were able to relax there while we were not out and about. Access to the pool/hot tub is really close to the condo as well. If you're traveling for Disney, this is definitely a top pick. We had such a great time and hope to come back and stay here again!

Best place our family has stayed near Disneyland
We’ve stayed at rental homes near Disneyland multiple times, and they all have been nice. This one was our favorite because from the moment you walk in you can tell that the owners know what helps short-stay renters. They have many small touches (little snack bag, new toiletries I’m case you forget something, beach towels that are different from bath towels, strollers, garage parking, etc.) that are so very convenient. Also, we are going there for Disneyland, so the location is key. We were a .8 mile walk from the front gate. That is a true 10-minute walk, which is very close after a very long day. We’ve stayed at a couple of places that are about a 15-minute walk, which can be a bit of a drag with tired little ones after a long day at Disney. We will definitely check for availability at this place the next time we’re at Disney.

The BEST stay for Disney or Anaheim area
This was our first experience with VRBO, but we have stayed in a lot of short-term rentals. This was the best short-term rental we’ve ever stayed in. The inside was beautifully updated and decorated to have a warm, cozy feel. It was very clean with many amenities: toiletries, coffee and condiments, and extra pillows. We were impressed that there was plastic dinnerware for our toddler. Beds and couch were comfortable. The big TVs in the bedrooms were nice after long days at Disneyland. Very short walk to Disney, and short drive to many restaurant options on Katella Ave. Check-in / Check-out super easy. We’d honestly stay here again even if we weren’t going to Disneyland.

Perfection in every way!
We had high expectations for this property because of all the great reviews. However, it completely surpassed them! I am so happy we chose to stay here- it was perfect for our family of five. We loved the garage for our rental car and the close proximity to Disney. We were close enough to walk back and rest each afternoon for a couple hours and then stay until closing!

Disney trip
We have stayed at a lot of VRBOs and this by far was the best one!! Fantastic proximity to Disney even my 8 year old twins didn’t complain about the walk! It rained while we were there and we were provided with umbrella! The kitchen had everything you needed from spices to coffee filters. The property was clean and very updated. My kids were even provided with a goodie bag filled with treats! We will be staying here again!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!

This was our second time at this Vrbo. Excellent place. Nice 18 min walk to gates of Disney/ California adventure. Home away from home. Has everything one needs!!!!! Highly recommend. Awesome to watch fireworks by the garage around corner.

Location is wonderful! Right across the street from Disneyland. Townhouse is spacious and everyone's comfort has been thought of! It really did feel like home away frombhome!! New Year's Disney Vacation
Very clean and well maintained. No issues with the property. Great communication with the owner. A short walk to Disney, with the property located across the street from the main Disney parking structure. We arrived after dark and were greeted with a lit Christmas Tree with Disney themed decorations. That along with the rest of the decor made it feel very welcoming. It was well worth getting the townhouse especially since it rained so much on New Year's Eve that we ended up spending a lot more time back at the house instead of at Disney than we had expected to. We will definitely book here again next time we stay in Anaheim.

Best Location and Amazing Stay!
We absolutely loved our stay here. If you have kids if any age, this is the place for you. The amenities are plentiful and the pool being open till 10 made our stay! Note if you are going into Disneyland walk 5 min to Downtown Disney and take Monorail in. Uber is double the price in the am so we walked to Entrance if California Adventure in approx 20 min! We will definitely be back!! Thanks Sara for an amazing stay!! ❤️😃

Another Perfect Stay
We stayed at the unit prior to the pandemic and it is just as perfect then as it is now. Great location and Sara is a wonderful host. Don't let the outside fool you as the complex it self is getting a make over section by section but the unit itself once you get inside is first class ! Thank you Sara for a wonderful stay. Family trip to CA
Property is exactly as it appears in the photos. Plenty of space for the whole family to spread out. Kitchen is fully stocked and we appreciated being able to cook full meals and snacks during our week stay. The kids appreciated having their own room to hang out in after long days at Disney. The walk in closet was awesome - mom loved a space to put all our clothes and keep everything easily organized. Property is less than a 10 minute walk to security check in at Downtown Disney and much less busy than the front entrance early in the morning! Complex is very well maintained and the pool and hot tub area are huge!

We loved our stay here and would recommend this place to anyone, especially families. The place was spotless with tasteful decor. We loved the updated bathrooms and the kids loved all the Disney touches. We only took advantage of the pools once but were so glad to have access! Tip: Watch the fireworks from the grassy spot right outside the front door! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Awesome & cozy
Sweet little condo near Disneyland. The home was super clean, so comfy and cozy and she thought of everything. All the little extras and details made this a great stay for our family. The pool area was very nice and nightly fireworks were fun to watch. Parking was our only difficulty as a minivan didn't fit into the 1 stall garage. The neighborhood was quiet, close to everything. We will definitely be back here next time. 10/10.

I give it an 11 out of 10!
If you are planning a visit to the Magic Kingdom with "Littles" this is the PERFECT place for you! Sara has thought of literally EVERYTHING you could possibly need in your "home away from home." All we needed for our 2 yr. old granddaughter was clothes, food and diapers. The condo is immaculate and has all the creature comforts...including the most comfortable "away from home" bed I've ever slept in. However...the BEST thing ever was relaxing in the master bathroom soaker tub after a long day at Disney. Make sure you note where the monorail entrance is (next to the Star Wars trading Post) at the entrance to Downtown Disney. Once you have your ticket it makes the walking distance to/from Tomorrowland easy peasy...even for a Grandma who had a total knee replacement in November. The Campbell Clan will definitely be booking this place again on future trips!

Beautiful home, amazing location, everything you could need in a vacation rental
This place was great! The inside of the condo surpasses the outside look of the place 1000%. There were 6 of us ranging from 5 years to 87 years young and everyone enjoyed the property. Location to Disneyland was unbeatable (7 minute walk from the front door to security at Downtown Disney, 10 minutes to the monorail, and only 15 minutes to the front gates of the parks). Beds are quite comfortable, kitchen is stocked (no Mickey waffle maker), even has a first aid kit. The only absolute damper was that we were unaware that the pool was closed (for our entire 10 days) during an unusual heatwave (102 degrees one day), and we had planned into our itinerary 2 full pool days. It was hard to find activities that didn’t cost us an arm and leg, or ones that would calm a meltdown from people wanting to be in the pool. Sara was quite accommodating and responded promptly to any of my issues or questions. I would love to come back to visit again and get an opportunity to utilize the pool and hot tub.

Perfect walkable location to Disney Land. The pool was not open while we were there which was disappointing as we were not given a heads up, but Sara was great about issuing a discount refund for no pool access.

Perfect place for Disneyland stay
Finding the unit within complex and finding parking spot first day took a little time but she did supply a map to assist which was very helpful! The home was clean and well appointed in the kitchen and throughout. Mattresses and pillows were comfortable and she was very responsive with questions. The location is superb. We walked everyday and it took about 25 min from door to gate through downtown Disney. It was very nice to come back and relax there. Feels very safe walking at any time of day. Much less crowded on that side of Disneyland making it easier and safer to walk. Cooking was easy… we used washer/dryer, coffee pot, fridge/ice maker, grill and microwave and all worked great. Honestly the best value during the entire trip.

Just what we needed
We really enjoyed staying at this property. When we arrived, we were greeted with festive holiday decorations and treats. The owner added an extra touch, and that was especially nice because we were away from home at Christmas. The walk to Disneyland would have been the same if we drove and parked in the garage. The neighbors were quiet and we only had to walk a few steps to see fireworks from the park. The furnishings were perfect and I like that everything was labeled, so you didn't have to guess at what was in storage in the closets. Everything was provided: shampoo and conditioner, laundry soap pods, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pods. It was a nice change from other places we stayed at. We would definitely stay here again!
