Gorgeous Pool Home: 2 Ensuites; 1/2 Mi Walk2Disney

This cute pool home is perfect for two families. It has one Cal-King and a queen master bedroom with an en-suite. There are two children's rooms, one with a Full over Full Bunk Bed and one with a Twin over Full Bunk Bed. One of the children's bedrooms has a cute little toddler bed. The two children's rooms share the hallway bathroom. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality. All Bedrooms have 43-inch plasma TVs and laminate wood flooring throughout the home.

Upgraded kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Partial open-concept kitchen nook, dining, and living room. The Main Living Room has a 51' Plasma TV and Blue-Ray/DVD player. The sofa has a queen sleeper bed. The home has high-speed wireless internet. The house has central heating and air conditioning.

The game room is right off the kitchen nook and has a 51-foot Plasma TV, Full-Size Billard Table, Stiga Ping-Pong, and toys. There is also a full-size washer and dryer for guest use, strollers, and high chairs. There is also a pack' n' play and booster seat for infants and toddlers.

The rear yard has a beautiful pool, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs. It is a nice short walk to Disneyland and the Disneyland Tram. The home has central air and heat. You can watch Disneyland fireworks from the front and back yards.

This house SLEEPS 11 in beds, and the MAXIMUM Occupancy at ANY TIME is 11. (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 3 cars (In our Driveway Only). No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.

Pricing includes a mandatory pool, pool heated to 82.

All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted.
A refundable $300 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.

Extra screening and proof of payment are required for bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival. The cardholder's name and address must match the booking's details. If there is a mismatch, last-minute bookings will be rejected. To complete the process, please ensure the following: - Successful completion of ID screening through GuestRanger, A screenshot showing our charge as "pending" in your online account (you may redact all other details), and a copy of the credit card used for payment, with all card numbers concealed except for the last four digits.
