"Room was lovely with a nice marina view. Very clean ( but bear in mind every time the maids come in you will have a service charge for this at the end of your stay ! ) Good breakfast again all subject to service charges . SMALL PRINT 5 % of your total charge even if you’ve booked and already paid via a 3rd party - In my case EXPEDIA listed it with the minbar charges - VISBLY INVISIBLE "

"This hotel is right next to the airport and the very best thing about it was Fast Track entry through security, which saved me lots of time in morning. "

And the SPA what i was really looking forward to was only one sauna and a small very small some kind of pool with cold water! The Staff was very nice and helpful! "I had surgery and specifically requested a non smoking room prior to check in. Upon arriving to my room, it smelt like cigarette - so the front desk accommodated a room change. The second room also smelt heavily of smoke, and upon requesting for the third time a non-smoking room, I was told the best they can do is to “spray the carpet”. Due to complications second hand smoke can have on bleeding and other surgical risks, I couldn’t even stay my first night. I had to check out within a few hours and the hotel is refusing to provide a refund, even though it was for legitimate medical reasons. They are saying I “refused” a room change, however, it would’ve been my third time changing rooms. At that point is what made clear, no matter which room they put me in, it’s simply not a smoke free hotel, and a “non smoking room” was wrongfully advertised. I am now out $400 and they refuse to refund me. "

"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. It is in a quiet street but very close to the centre of town. The staff were all lovely and accomodating. The breakfast was phenomenal. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful weekend away from the bustle of Istanbul. "
